Smith I have been part of numerous discussions at my conference and with my colleagues in the ICDIS. I have learned a lot, and I have written substantial and pertinent papers as well. I have been actively interviewed by my colleagues for this conference and I will be posting some copies to the Oxford American Society for Advanced Occupational Health (OSHSAN) website soon. I have also attended a number of seminars (especially on EEO) sponsored by the ICDIS for which I have been interviewed extensively for various papers. I will publish my papers as they become available and copies for other events. I have reviewed the papers and I will publish these articles as I become less well known and indispensable.
