What is the importance of the lymphatic system in producing lymphocytes? An investigation into this question has shown that a relatively limited number of lymphocytes exist in the human lymphocyte population and that these are involved in the development of a variety of autoimmune diseases and immune function \[[@CR2]\]. An abnormally sized and smaller lymphatic vessel is characterised by its presence in tissue, where it is associated with a lymphocytic infiltrate. The lymphocytic infiltrate is present in several organs and several tissues at the site of inflammatory bowel disease, or leucocytosis \[[@CR5]\]. Though the disease is often idiopathic, some of the patients can develop many other diseases. The involvement of tissue lymphocytes in the disease leads to the infiltration of cells, the activity of lymphocytes, and several of the genes involved in the lymphocytic infiltration. T cells can also be involved in the process of inflammation, which in turn may cause lymphoproliferative disorders, a model disorder of the immune system \[[@CR6]\]. In one study, T-cell infiltration in ulcerations could significantly affect the outcome of a single transplant \[[@CR7]\]. One study included about 50 patients from our centre. Many of them had more than one T-cell type in the specimen. The T-cell counts of these patients were large, but T-cell counting for 5 days is often not sufficient, especially in patients get more more than five lymphocytes \[[@CR8]\].
