What is the role of chemical pathology in global health initiatives in universities? Does global health need to be monitored, acted on and reviewed? We address this question by conducting this call for research to explore and summarize the current state of global health initiatives, their processes and future direction. Until 2001, most structural/structural biology and genetics research at medical universities was focused primarily on basic science, clinical science and medical informatics. Among these areas, hemostasis, molecular biology, phenol engineering, biomedical engineering, and development of biomedical infrastructure, which has long been central to the health sectors.
