What is the role of genetics in oral health? {#S21} ========================================= In recent years a growing number of genetic disorders, especially dyslipidaemia, are implicated in the body’s metabolic load. This leads to great potential for changes in the body’s hormones, inflammation, and cholesterol. This leads to high levels of various elements in the body that are elevated in the oral cavity, especially bone, fatty tissue and tissues, and affect blood lipid levels.
